My FIRST experience with JOE'S AUTOMOTIVE REPAIR, and I was delighted with their quick service, and going the extra mile for me, as they did a Brake & Rotor job and LOF on my 2011 Ford Taurus SEL Sedan .. .. .. Very Friendly and Professional Too !! .. ..

And, I won't hesitate to bring in my 2001 Motorhome, as well as my 2 Classic Ford Mustang's & my Classic 1956 & 1958 T-Bird, and the wife's car for repairs and up keep as well !! .. .. .. They're my Go-To-Repair shop now !! .. .. ..

Joe's was amazing. I brought my car in and they realized it was something I needed to fix at the dealership. Joe did not charge me for this diagnostic exam. After I dropped off the car, he drove me back home. Then later brought my car back to me. I have never experienced such friendliness and professionalism. I highly recommend this business.

I had a wonderful experience with Joe and his whole team yesterday. I was out in East Bay doing cake deliveries for my bakery from the valley and I was easily 2+ hours from home when my car broke down. After a very long and horrible experience waiting for a late tow truck I finally got to Joe's. He got on my car right away so I was able to get home that night to my three children. He was honest, hardworking, and friendly. I wish I lived in town because I would be a customer for life! Thank you Joe!

I love Joe's Automotive. My only hesitation in reviewing them is I don't want too many people to discover them and they get too busy! Forget the reputation of auto shops of trying to charge you more than they should, Joe's has been the opposite. I've negotiated with Joe several times to pay him MORE money, because he always helps me out even with small stuff and often doesn't want to charge me or just for the parts. Since I work in the city, I also like that I can drop it off and pick it up off hours and handle the payment over the phone. Overall, their service and skill is top notch here.

I had a problem with the A/C in my 2008 CRV that Avery Honda could not figure out. But, Joe's Automotive found and fixed the problem, plus honored a parts warranty that was a few years old. We've always been very happy with Joe's reputable work and fees, and were once again extremely satisfied (and grateful!) for their diligence and results.

Joe's Automotive Repair is the type of old school automotive shop this world needs. Joe came out to my house to help me try and fix my car. When I could no longer solve the issue Joe treated me fairly and worked with me and my issues even delivering my car to my house when he was done. All at a very fair price. I tell everyone, even folks from other states how well Joe treats his clients and he knows his way around a car. I can't recommend this place enough. Its good to know that there are still good car mechanics out there.

Joe’s was great! Had gone to the dealership with an issue, paid $1000 and it still wasn’t fixed. Went to Joe’s and all it took was a good cleaning. Good price and great service. He even came to my rescue after hours when my car wouldn’t start!
