It was so fun to go to Job‘s Peak workshop and choose our knife handle, and the style of blade we wanted, and Sherman was so willing to please us. He showed us the very fascinating steps of how he makes his beautiful creations. We got it in the mail a couple days ago and I’ve used it and I gotta say, it’s a great weight, a nice 9-inch kitchen blade. It so artistically done - it looks like a work of art and I almost hesitated to dirty it chopping onions. It’s a great feel in my hand, and it is plenty sharp! It came with its own leather scabbard. We highly recommend Job’s Peak knives! Thank you!

Every once in a while a person bumps into someone of extraordinary talent and knowledge. That person is Sherman of JOBS PECK KNIFE COMPANY. His knives are handmade from scratch from beginning to end from superior quality materials and his workmanship is second to none. If you are looking for a one of a kind knife handmade of superior materials and many different designs then his website is the place. I have three of his pieces two of which I was able pick the materials and finish. I have just recently commissioned Sherman to make my fourth piece that will be my everyday carry.
Recommend has knives without question.
