I would give them -5 stars. The instructions from the company say do not leave my package in the mail room. Deliver to the door of my apartment. The mail room has five signs that say do not leave packages in here. But the last two deliveries from this company have left my packages in the mail room right under those signs. Absolutely awful company.

This was the company my cat food order came through. I am not familiar with them, but, It was necessary for me to change my delivery address after the product was out for, They accurately made this change to my front door in a timely manner, and everything was delivered perfectly. I’m impressed.!

I had a problem with my first delivery, but after contacting the company it was immediately corrected And all the frozen food has been replaced with a second delivery that was received this morning. of course this is five stars on company service and delivery, I don’t know how many stars my cats are gonna give it. I will try them on some of the food tonight. My fingers are crossed.

I order from Factor, and Factor uses this delivery service. Orders were often delivered to the wrong address, but the final straw came today. I live in a gated community. The delivery driver left it OUTSIDE OF THE GATE, where it was of course was likely stolen. I had to request a refund from Factor and on top of that I requested a different courier. I have never seen such unprofessional behavior in my life. I will never use Jitsu again.

I’ve had a positive experience 100% of the time with this service! I live in a high rise apartment downtown and it’s notorious for difficult delivery experiences due to the multiple layers of security/restricted access. I appreciate having the ability to leave detailed delivery instructions and photos. My Tovala boxes have always made it up to my front door in excellent condition. Thank you so much to the amazing drivers in the Phoenix area!

MASSIVE FRAUD!!!!!

Out of 13 shipments that were shipped with this company 9 of them were stolen. I have reached out numerous times for proof of delivery and help regarding the shipments but I after a few messages I have been completely ignored. The drivers it seems are independent contractors and there is alot of fraud and theft going on. I do not understand how a company like this can legally operate and I will be taking legal action against them.

The Factor75 is the best, no complaints. It arrived on time, it arrived very well packaged and they made sure that the cold would remain all day.
