I had a tuna sub delivered to my office. I ran home on my lunch break and decided to eat my sandwich there. There was a long, light brownish hair in the first bite. I called and explained the situation. The guy who answered was super apologetic and said they’d send another sandwich out. The next sandwich was perfect! Thank you so much for fixing the probably quickly and easily. It saved me a lot of hassle on my lunch break

Food is okay. The bread is good. The sandwiches are kind of long and they don't cut them in half. Service is so fast there's no chance to ask questions about the menu.

Stopped in on a Sunday afternoon and placed an order for 110 box lunches for next day. They had everything ready for me, no issues. That’s service when you need it! Thank you to the owners and staff for putting all that food together on such short notice. Food was on point the craft enjoyed it!!

All I can say is WOW!!!! Freak Yeah!!!! Jimmy John's is the bomb period! Want to give a shout out to all of Nigel's employees for a job well done and keep up the good work! Everytime I eat here it's totally delicious and five stars period! I wish there was a Jimmy John's closer to Donalsonville, but I will continue to drive to Dothan because their sandwiches are so much better than the competition. Thanks, Jimmy John's for the great food.

Never again! Oh my gosh I ordered: “1 GIANT #14 BOOTLEGGER CLUB w/bacon” and paid $22.41 for a bread sandwich before tax and delivery and service fee. Never again. Paper thin single pieces of turkey and roast beef with a whole bunch of lettuce. There are way too many sandwich shops to ever purchase from Jimmy Johns again. Not sure what happened with you guys, but you lost me as a customer.

Usually a pretty solid place with very friendly staff. Disappointed to notice that lately, especially tonight, the crew was unfriendly. Didn't say a word when my dad said "yall have a good night." Also last week my mother's vegetarian sandwhich had shreds of turkey all in it, she's a vegetarian and was very disappointed, but we understood because they wear gloves and it probably sticks to it. Tonight we tried again and they served my dad a sandwhich with just turkey on bread. He was supposed to have everything on it plus Jimmy mustard. Got hone and had bread and turkey and was pretty upset. Hate to say one of our favorite places has declined some but it has.
