I spent $95 on a birthday floral delivery for delivery 4/28/25. I did not receive a confirmation on the delivery. I called that afternoon, evening and this morning and could reach Jensens Store.
I looked up additional Jensen Florist phone numbers and cannot get an answer there either.
How do we confirm flowers were delivered?
This is usually automatically confirmed via email or text with other floral ordering services.

The service here is absolutely exceptional. I had been having trouble getting Mother's Day flowers for my mom... I had gone to two other local florists... one was a Google scam (it didn't really exist) and another one was out of flowers, but when I called Jensen's, I told them what I had been through, and how I was still trying to get flowers for my mom who is going through chemo, and they went above and beyond to make sure my mom got a gorgeous bouquet in a timely manner. They really didn't have to go all out like they did, but I'm so thankful for their hard work. I don't live in Palm Springs, but whenever I have to buy fresh flowers in Palm Springs, Jensen's will be my first choice now and forever. Love you guys so much!

Jensen's Design Center was recommended to me by my caterer (Westwood Catering) who had experience working with Mary. Mary was lovely and came up with a beautiful centerpiece design based off the inspiration photo I sent. She received my feedback well, made adjustments to the design, and when I saw the centerpieces in person, I was amazed by how beautiful they turned out! I still have an arrangement of lovely potted anthuriums from Mary in my room and they make me so happy to look at, reminding me of the beautiful memories of my wedding day. Thank you, Mary!
