Anthony Compton, Chase Gorman great employees!!! What a great business this must be. I was traveling through the area when I noticed I was getting a flat today. I called this number not knowing who they were. They told me their location and that they were willing to help. When I arrived they were having their Christmas party. A gentleman came outside to help me. I was then greeted by another gentleman who came outside and invited me in to eat after Christmas party. They not only went the extra mile of helping me when they didn’t have to, but they also invited me in to eat. Thanks so much for all you did and the sacrifice of your time.

Absolutely recommend! We were stranded with a bad valve stem on a camper we just purchased. Walmart couldn’t fix it because of how old the tire was. We called him and he had us meet him at his shop on a Sunday night! He saved us so much stress and heartache! We were 2 hours from home and had to be at work early the next morning. Thank you so so much! You are a life saver!

Busted an air bag on my trailer 7 o'clock in the morning on a Saturday and the Yung man that came and fixed me up with in the hour. He had great attitude. Definitely will call him again if I need him.

Scouts BSA Troop 30 chartered by St. Paul UMC from Little Rock travelled to Kia Kima Scout reservation just outside of Ash Flat for summer camp this year. Towards the end of the week we noticed grease leaking from a wheel bearing on our trailer. JCAR got us in quickly and fixed our wheel so we could head home worry free the next day. Big thanks to the guys at JCAR for the quick, friendly, and reasonably priced service, and for helping us get our Scouts home safely.

Polite people and they did fast work on our trailer tires repair, the only down part is that their tires were extremely expensive and we ended up paying $1275 for 2 trailer tires at their shop. Other than tire price everything was good and smooth.

If they would be able to get recap, used or cheaper new tires we would consider using them more often but once again $1275 for two trailer tires is what is putting us carrier out of the business, so I hope they ll be able to get hands on cheaper tires so we can use them more often.

We have been using Jcar for a couple of years now to handle our fleet maintenance and repairs on our vehicles in this area. they have been a great partner for us and always keep our customers happy and rolling. our service department overlooks a fleet of around 720 units and Jcar is one of our easiest vendors to deal with. They always show up when they say they will and are always honest and communicate back if something comes up and they have to reschedule our appointment. Jcars techs do good work and are always up for any task or mishap we throw at them. highly recommended.

Their price for road side tire service out of standard. I guess it’s their answer to say no to you by giving a triple prices. I understand if it was serious repairs but just replacing a tire should not be that much price .
