My last pickup there took about 15 minutes, in and out, loaded 20 skids double stacked, secured very well. The shipping office personal and forklift operator were very nice and made this very easy. It's a pleasure to get in and out of a place fast and nice to see there is still people in this business that know how to operate a warehouse properly. Very good warehouse and JBS/Koch is a great brokerage as well.

Today 1/10/24 I had a bad experience at this place door 24. I was assigned to a door with solid ice and couldn’t back up close enough to a door. Some guy came out and blamed me for it and didn’t want to switch doors. He had bad attitude and didn’t want to help. Acting like he owns the whole place. Every time forklift went in I moved a bit forward.
It’s unusual problem but the supervisor was yelling for no reason

We only go there every so often but each time I've been there they were quick. When you pull in there is a sign that says to call a number for a door but usually I just have to pull in back and check in with the office. Nice people too. Another place some others should try to emulate.
