Jake's Brookside is one of tmy most frequented gas stations and I'm so glad that I have always had great experiences there. The staff is kind and friendly, and the service is quick. I want to especially shout out there grill options as well. The food is always really good and is made quick and to order. I really enjoy the breakfast options because I can't always make breakfast in the morning and I know I can always rely on them to have a wide variety of breakfast sandwiches that are all great! They also have a pretty solid selection of fountain drinks so I can always find a drink that sounds good. They also have a great variety of flavor you can add to make your drink that much better.

I’ve been coming here since I moved to Utah over 18 years ago and it sure has gone down hill. Not sure if it’s due to new management, but we will definitely be spending our money elsewhere. This place HAD good food, great service and the price was very nice. Not only will I not come here, I will tell everyone I know to avoid this place like the plague. Not only did the employee not hand me my food, he had a customer do it for him. Absolutely ridiculous.

So glad we chose to come here for Burgers and fries!! Did NOT disappoint! I was skeptical because it’s in a gas station.. but do not let that deter you! It was DELICIOUS!! The burger was literally a perfect burger, and some of the best fries I’ve had in a long time!! I am a very selective eater.. and so happy we decided to give this place a try!! Wonderful customer service as well. We will definitely be back!

Been a customer for over 4 years and spent thousands of dollars there.
Purchased the ultimate car wash when I got gas. The code did not work and they refused to give me a refund or a new code. Will never use this business again!

Great fries! Hot, crispy battered fries.
We ordered the Bomber, Philly Beef, and a hamburger kids meal. The Bomber patty was cooked really well, thick, hot, and juicy. The Bomber meal was filling and could even be shared. We'd totally order it again.
The Philly and kids meal were less impressive. The Philly lacked on ratio (too much bread, hardly any cheese), but the beef was cooked well. The burger in the kids meal was dry and the bun was too heavy for the size of the patty... but there were a TON of fries in the kids meal, so it was still a pretty good deal. Despite that, we'd still go back, but just stick with burgers.

Plan on waiting a few minutes for your meal. We had probably 6 people ahead of us and waited about 15 minutes.

I would give this place 4.5 Stars but I can’t. The only reason is because it was a few minutes slower than my expectation based on the number of people there and my cheeseburger seemed a little dry. I would have preferred the meat more juicy and condiments on the bun but it came plain without ketchup or mustard. The onions were very nicely chopped for hamburgers. Everything was fresh. And my chocolate malt was super tasty. I believe I paid $12 for a small cheeseburger, AMAZING fries, and a malt. The fries were awesome; maybe better than the burger. They had such a nice crisp from the batter they use. Overall, I would definitely recommend this restaurant.

Absolutely a joke when it comes to propane. I’ve had the same terrible experience with the same guy who can’t speak English multiple times I’ve gone to get propane. I went to get my propane filled up and they sent out a guy who doesn’t Speak a single word of English and also doesn’t know anything about the propane. He just looked at me and will shake his head like he has no idea what’s going on. I have made a complaint about it To the staff working every single time I’ve been there, and they say that they’re still training him. It’s been going on for two years now…. Still training? I understand if he doesn’t know how to speak English, but don’t put him in a job where it is working with explosive gas and can’t communicate at all. It’s freaking dangerous and it’s expensive for me when he just waste tons of propane into the air, cause he doesn’t know how to fill up my tank. And when I told them I didn’t want to pay for the extra propane that was lost because of the mistake they looked at me like I was crazy. And obviously didn’t discount anything. Would not recommend getting propane from this place ever. And if you do make sure Mike is not the one to help you

I think everybody's expecting a bit too much of the drive through for this awesome convenience store/ gas station/ restaurant. There's a reason this place is a local favorite and hangout. So even if the drive through is a little slow at times because they're busy, I'll keep coming back for the fries and cheese steaks.
