*SEMITRUCKS*: This was my first visit to this facility for a pickup. They allow check-ins up to 30 minutes before your appointment time. The facility is small, so you need to park on the street (Citypark Loop St) and walk to the office to check in, don't Block the main entrance to check-in. At Office, they’ll ask for your appointment number and direct you to a dock for your trailer.

After docking, you are required to drop your trailer and leave the premises. They will call you once the loading/unloading is complete. Be aware that the street is in poor condition, so drive carefully.

There is overnight parking available on the street, but there are no restrooms or driver lounges for drivers. On the positive side, my entire process was completed in just two hours. Heart or thumbs up to help others

Got loaded in less than an hour very quick in the morning.
But it is a mess out here everyone trying to get around at the same time since there are two warehouse buildings here.
Theres a sign if you cant back up to let em know it is tight so you have to be fast thats why you unhook trailer and wait in the street but there are some in the way for no reason making it harder to back up.
So just drop trailer and wait on street also to check in

I used to pick up here every now and then without any issues, the black lady in shipping is super nice and accommodating. They give you a door to drop the trailer at and then you have to go park at the street which I always did, in fact I would use that time to go get some fuel whenever needed. Last time I was there though, I had planned to drop the trailer and go get some fuel. When I dropped the trailer at the dock the loader brought the ramp right away so assumed I would be in and out. I decided to not go get fuel and wait to pick up the trailer and then go get fuel. Since the that time the parking looked super empty and considering they were already working on the trailer, I didn't go out to the street and park. I moved over to the side and found an area where I wasn't blocking any doors close to my trailer so I could be out quick. Long story short almost 2 hours went by and the pager they give you to let you know when you are loaded never beeped so I went to check on the trailer. It was already loaded so I asked the guy at the dock if it was done and he said it was ready to go. At the office I found out the trailer had been loaded within the first 25 minutes and the Hispanic girl said I didn't receive the notification because I was out of range, she said that I should have parked at the street in a very bossy tone. I said I understood I should have, but sometimes the street is also full with parked trailers and the distance from the office could be even greater than where I was. She then told the black nice lady to get my information, I signed my paperwork and left.
Well apparently she didn't like me talking back because I got banned from that warehouse. I understand that rules are rules but I've seen many drivers not going out to the street to wait, I think that my problem was that I didn't stay quiet and let myself be talked down. The Hispanic lady always seems mad for some reason and honestly I don't think she should be in costumer service with that attitude. She feels superior and talks to the drivers in very rude way. Respect earns respect, but this girl has a huge ego.

I delivered here just a few days ago.
I got there quite early in hopes of getting unloaded at an earlier time, but some places are strict with their schedule, which is completely understandable.
Some places are flexible, but that all depends on how a warehouse is ran.
Needless to say, I was able to dock not too long after my scheduled appt. and was loaded pretty quick!
Elsa, who handled the paperwork was very nice and friendly to talk with.
The only downside is, having to drop your trailer and then go park out on the road, but the only reason for that is, the parking lot is shared with another company who is not as courteous in their shared parking/docking area.

Come 30 minutes before your appointment time or you'll get turned away.
Park on the street if you can then walk in the front office to check in.
If not then go all the way inside and try to find a spot where you're not in someone's way.
The yard is a nightmare and the staff are overworked and have to deal with bad scheduling.

This place is hit or miss one day you may get loaded within a hour the next may be 2-3 hours. No issues with any of the staff except for one by the name of Elsa. Elsa gives the drivers a very hard time making threats to not load them if she “feels” like it. We were told you get a 30 minute window but apparently it’s based on “how they feel.” This place would run so much better if they got rid of the bad staff that clearly doesn’t like their job.

By strict appointment. I delivered there and you have to unhook from trailer and park in the street. When you are done, they send you a txt. You can park in the street overnight.
