I went in and ordered a biscuit extra bacon and a large drink. First the cashier acted like she could care less about being there. I ask for a very well done biscuit. She rang me up a regular drink and the biscuit was raw with 4 pieces of bacon. This use to be the best jaks around. Now it's like they just don't care. I didn't have time to go back in and try to get them to fix it as I was headed to work.

The food Was good, but poor management. Over 30 minutes to get two Big Jack, one big bacon add mashed potatoes and gravy. And some waited longer than that. Wanted some chicken but they said it been up more than 40 minutes. Been going for years. Too many school kids working on a Saturday evening. The whole staff what's high school kids and one manager. Not saying because she was older lady, she couldn't hardly get around. Nice ,b
ut she was doing her best with what she had to work with.

Breakfast was 6 bucks and some change, they do offer military discount so mine would of been less but compare this to what McDonald's is charging and its almost half price for more food at Jack's. Jacks is the better deal for sure if you are on a high protein low carb or keto diet as far as breakfast goes.

We got dinner from this location tonight and it was one of the worst experiences that we've had at any Jack's location. We ordered a Double Quarter w/cheese, a Big Bacon with cheese, and a kids burger. The big bacon didn't have cheese or bacon. The meat was so salty that we could barely eat it. Also, we requested ranch for each meal and only received 2. The employees were rude and clearly only cared about quitting time. This is so frustrating considering we rarely eat out anymore because of the economy. We likely won't be back.

Ordered 4 sandwiches 4 fries and 4 drinks. Didn't wanna give but 1 ranch and 1 honey mustard after ordering 4 ( 1 of each for each order but only received 1 ranch and 1 comeback sauce, not 1 honey mustard. All 4 fries were soggy. Did not get a receipt on the bag or otherwise.

Always a good experience at this Jack's! Only complaint is they put WAY too much ice in your drink so you barely get any soda! Also not enough seasoning salt on the fries but they'll give you a side of it if you ask!

Ordered blackened chicken sandwich and very disappointed after eating a great one in Jack's at Southside. The one was not blackened here, just grilled with seasoning.
