This is my second day in a row ordering from Fat City and them forgetting something that I ordered. Today, I ordered a Burger Steak that comes with mashed potatoes and I added a side of rice, which I paid for. Instead, they substituted the rice for the potatoes even though both were paid for. So here I am, losing money for something I ordered and did not receive.

I usually love Jonesboro2Go but my last order was not a decent experience. Every time I’ve ordered they are fast and arrive way before the time frame or right on time. However this last time, I had not received my food and it was getting closer to the end of the time frame. I called and asked and was told she was on her way, no big deal I could wait. When she gave me my food, she rudely and in a very snobby attitude told me that “there’s a time frame we got but and my dispatcher told me you asked for your order”. To which I replied that once I left the app, I couldn’t find the time frame anymore so I wasn’t sure what the hold up was and all she said was “well then I don’t know.” I just didn’t appreciate her attitude towards me. I’m not one to complain nor mind waiting but the way she spoke was not good customer service or a good way to explain how the app works.

Fast service, order was perfect and hot when it arrived! Delivery personnel was friendly! They made it possible for me to have a hot fresh meal and to stay with my baby in the hospital. Will definitely use them again!

So much better than the meals on the fly that we used to use! The food we ordered from Steak Escape was delivered super fast (even the fries were still hot)! We had a wonderful experience with Jonesboro2go.

I have used this delivery app many times and almost everytime something has gone wrong. One time our food was over an hour late and then when it did come the whole order wasn’t there. The rest of the order came another hour after that. A coupon was given to us for these mistakes and when I went to use it it didnt work. Several other times when we used this food app orders were not complete with items missing. Theres no way to get in contact with the delivery driver to tell them of the missing items in the order so your just screwed. The last thing I dont like about this food app is that you tip the delivery driver when placing your order, so there is no incentive for the drivers to check the orders to make sure the whole order is there before delivering. For this reason orders are often incomplete with missing items, not to mention the money for them that you will never get back.

Until these issues can be resolved myself along with others will not be using this food app

Update: Within an hour of posting this review the company called me to address my concerns and gave me a coupon. They have excellent customer service and really care about their customers. We will be giving this food app another try!

I used to use the service regularly before the merge with Bite Squad. The service was excellent and I enjoyed the layout of the website. I'm not a fan of the new layout and it appears my two favorite restaurants are no longer available through this service. I haven't used the service since the merger and may never again. "If it ain't broke, dont fix it" applies here.
Update - I have continued to use the service after the merge. Service has been good. Still miss being able to order Sumo and Fujis through the service though.

J2GO has done a complete 180 since switching to Bite Sqaud. I've never had a good experience with BS, and still no better. I always had a great experience with J2go. My order always takes way longer than expected, something is always missing, or the order is wrong. And all I get is a $5 credit. Really hate J2go did This, and will no longer receive my business.
