someone should teach their drivers to drive. twice this week i was stuck behind a driver going from whitehall ny towards rutland. the 1st time i was about 20 cars back to a driver that kept going 20 mph lowere than the limit but every so often he would do the limit but for a short period. the same thing today, the line of cars behing him went as far as i could see. since it was the same route, i assume it is the same driver.
