Yevegen of iTransport4u was efficient, friendly and fast! He let me know when he was coming to my house, then he arrived, carefully wrapped my painting in bubble wrap and a quilt which he taped in place and placed it in his van. Then he drove it all the way from Seattle to Texas and delivered it 2 days early. Much less hassle and expense than UPS or FedEx! I highly recommend this business and great service!

I had the pleasure of experiencing iTransport4u recently with a piece of fine art that I purchased from a gallery in Taos, NM. The communication from the start was very good and at each step of the way. The piece arrived on time, undamaged, and the service from iTransport4u couldn't have been better.

I contracted with this service for a dedicated delivery from Pennsylvania to California for fine art and two pieces of antique furniture at agreed upon dates. From the beginning, the logistics coordinator failed to get back to me with confirmation of my request. It took at least ten phone calls and emails until a manager set up the delivery and confirmed specifics. At the time, I was advised that the driver would require physical assistance with the furniture. The price was in excess of $9000 for this dedicated delivery service. The driver was courteous and did a good job packing the art. I arranged for assistance to load and unload the two pieces of furniture. My support at the start of the move provided a furniture dolly and physical assistance.

Upon arrival in California, I had support to unload and move the furniture. However, the driver did not have a furniture dolly to facilitate transfer and movement into the house and upstairs bedroom. The driver also clearly did not have the physical strength to move the furniture and it was obvious he was struggling even though the pieces were small and two individuals should have been able to easily handle the transfer. I personally moved all of the drawers as part of the unloading process.

My complaint is that if the company is not able to provide a driver and the ability to safely provide the requested services for furniture transport, decline the contract. This was not clearly communicated.

I indicated I was unhappy with the services and assistance provided. The owner was not concerned with my issues nor the complaints identified. I would not recommend this company based on the level of service and customer support from beginning to end. At any price range, customer satisfaction should be a priority. Not so with this delivery "service."

I used this company for the first time to move a 6’ oil painting from Colorado to California. My experience was exceptional! From the great communication I had with the coordinator, Jay, to Bruce who came to pick it up, pack it for transport, and deliver to its new home in California. Great communication, showed up when promised, and bonus points that it arrived a day early. Thank you. I highly recommend this company and will use them again.

What a classy operation! Itransport4u carried my large canvas from Naples FL to a collector in CA in a Mercedes Van with kid glove care. All of the folks I communicated with in the home office were highly professional yet extraordinarily friendly and personable. They actively communicated with me and the recipient in his manner throughout the whole shipment. The pricing was fair and reasonable. My experience far exceeded any expectations I had when I began my search for a reliable shipper. I can’t wait to use them again! … And I cannot recommend them enough.

Had a painting delivered from Palm Springs to Georgia. Excellent experience from start to finish. Great communication and the driver/delivery person, Darvyn, was fantastic. iTransport4u was careful and VERY helpful in delivering a large painting. The driver Steve was so courteous and patient as I needed to make space for the painting and helped me move things to get it in place. Best service you could ask for, honestly.
