This place was amazing!!!! inside the restaurant, they had real feel like cowboy ranch.. every personel had smiles. Food was so delicious... they have karaoke on our Wednesday night we visited the restaurant. Must visit for sure!!. It's a big place... beers!!!! And liquor..

So happy we found this hidden gem. The burgers are actually processed from the owner’s cattle and the tastiest. The service (Debby) was so great too.

1st time here. We came on a Friday around 330 pm and it wasn’t busy at all. Tons of parking available around the building. Plenty of seating inside the restaurant as well. Food was good. Service was good. Salad bar was a hit with us. Specials are listed where you wait to be seated at the podium (see picture below).

I felt like I was back in Texas. Had no idea Illinois had a place like this. Great atmosphere and food. Bourbon selection is a plus. Really clean with super service from the clothing department to the restaurant. Tack, feed, and trailers. If I ever have a reason to come back through the Salem area, I’ll plan a layover and spend more time. Perfect break for this fourteen hour road trip.

Tonight was an absolute flop! Hostess said it would be a 20-30 minute wait, we weren't seated for almost 2 hours. They claimed that people were just coming in and stealing seats and there isnt anything they could do about it. Finally after we were seated the waitress came and forgot our drinks, forgot to make our salads and when our food came the server didnt even know what dishes he had and almost sent them back. The food was pretty good but we probably wont be coming back until they get their act together with their staff and learn how to manage customers.

Went there on a Saturday afternoon with the family sign says seat yourself watched several other people get greeted and get drinks that came in after us. I don’t know why we waited but we did for over 30 minutes then finally got up and left to downtown lounge in centralia that had are drinks and food out within 30 minutes. BTW they weren’t busy just poor service.

It was such a bad experience, the first time I've been there will be my last. I ordered the brisket mac and cheese with no tomatoes. It came with tomatoes and no brisket, then it was sent back and they added brisket but it still had tomatoes. I asked for the correct dish and was told since it was remade twice they can't do anything. It wasn't even remade, because I got it back two minutes after they took it, the kitchen just threw brisket on top and sent it back out. Server was amazing, but the kitchen clearly isn't. Definitely won't be going back.

Purchased horse trailer / living qtr combo. Everything done online with Carl. Drove from NE Ohio for the pickup. Met with Beth and competed the trailer inspection and paperwork. Trailer was missing a saddle boss, for whatever reason. Beth worked with her team to get one sent to me. As we were wrapping up, Beth gave me a bunch of shirts and hats with their logos on it. Nice stuff.

Good group of people who take care of their customers.
