The people who work there are friendly and very knowledgeable. They did a really good job with my phone (broken screen) and kept me updated. The timing and the price were as promised. The tech even stayed a little later to put a screen protector on my phone. I will say the whole job was a little pricey, but that's probably just the cost of things these days (I didn't do a price comparison, so I can't say what range it could be in). My previous phone was wrecked by a different company when it needed a screen repair, so I was thrilled to find a local store that can do the job right and on time. I'll definitely be back when I need repairs again! Great job, guys, and thanks! I highly recommend iParts and Phone Repairs in Folsom, CA.

Be it the store would be tiny, the customer service would be top notch! The repair technician by the name of Ben was efficient and clear in his craft and easily repaired my phone problem with ease. Be it may have been a tad bit pricey he would be sure to order the official parts for the said phone instead of possibly opting for a cheaper alternative. The communication would be top notch too, be it would be done via email, phone, text, etc. It was a very straightforward and clean process. The customer service would be top notch alongside the quality of the repair and would be highly recommended for anyone with their technical problems.

A coworker recommended this place to me when I discovered the back of my Android phone had begun to peel away from the body. Ben was super kind and helpful, the problem likely came from the battery since it smelled corrosive after removing the back. He managed to replace and fix it between the time I got off of work and the store closed, which I was very grateful for since the next 2 days were holidays. The replacement and repair ended up 80$ plus a 6 month warranty with the store. I plan to continue using this phone for a couple more years so it was very reasonable for me. Thank you again for a great service!

I went in to have my 82 year old mom’s phone fixed. She did not want to change her SE5, nearly 8 years old. She’s not very good with change but her phone is pretty much her life line.
They suggested replacing the battery at $55. An hour later I took her back her same phone no changes and she was thrilled.😁

Had my charging port replaced after damaging it with water. Called in advance to see if they had availability before dropping off my phone. Phone was fixed and picked up within 2 hours. Works great so far. These folks were really easy to work with.
