Avoid at all costs. They have no sense of customer loyalty. After being a customer for 4 years (and never missed a payment), they insisted on having me pay for an extra month because of lack of notice. I decided to leave and move my stuff because the key fob they gave me was faulty and never worked correctly. I also noticed that under the new management that started earlier this year, the place was going downhill - dirty, doors not closing completely, and major problems with the front gate.

I was so nervous about using a storage unit for the first time and Interstate Storage Livermore set my mind at ease. I would consider this a premium storage place and therefore worth every penny. The staff are super friendly and helpful, the facility is clean and well kept. I was a little bummed at how our timing worked out since we moved everything out on the 1st and still paid the whole month, but they were very clear from the beginning that is how it works so it in no way leaves a negative taste in my mouth. Hopefully they use the surplus to give a bonus to Randy for being unremarkably kind. Thanks for your help!

Went to pick up store fixtures from our Livermore store and this place is big and very clean. I noticed they have alot of RVs plus they also have electricity to keep them powered up. They also have a huge do it yourself RV wash, air and water. I would definitely use this location to park my vehicle. If I had one and lived here! LOL! Gated entry as well!

I used their dump station today for the first time. I parked on the street and went into the office to pay for the service. The staff was very friendly and courteous. They operated the gate for me both in and out with no wait. The facility is fully paved, very clean and inviting. There is plenty of room to maneuver a big rig. I will surely be back.

The location and quality of the storage units is great - but if you are there outside their office hours, take note - the new managers have started to completely lock access to the bathroom - which already RFID control. Otherwise I would have given this location 4 stars. The prices seem to rise constantly every few months. Update management change in April 2017.Maybe it will get better.

I have had at least a dozen different storage spaces over the years, and this beats every one! All units are alarmed, full security camera coverage, always super clean, free air and water station, RV coin-operated wash bays, and very friendly live-on-site staff. Couldn't be happier with this place.

Called to confirm they had a working waste dump. Lady was very nice. When I showed up a pickup opened the secured gate a head of me. I drove behind this pickup & stopped at this open gate that had a speaker. I waited for someone to greet me however know one greeted me nor was there any instructions so I drove in the open gate. After parking next to the waste dump I started walking towards the office when a man in a golf cart confronted me about trespassing. I tried explaining but he continued saying I was trespassing. I said that he was not providing very good customer service which he replied he did not care.
Do yourself a favor & avoid this place!!!!!!!!

We have been with interstate for many years. Rates continue to rise are among the highest in the area, many of the amenities we have been accustomed to are being taken away.such as bathroom after office hours. New managers Are lacking in their people skills and difficult to work with.
