FYI: If you’re a fairly new driver or in the least bit uncomfortable with your backing skills, DO NOT accept a load to this place. You have to back inside of a building and then make a 90 degree turn onto the dock. As of today, they don’t have a clamp operator to unload after 6pm. If you’re delivering roll stock and your appointment is between 6pm and 4am, you need to call before you arrive to confirm they have someone to unload you. Two trucks max can park on side of building.

Unless you're lucky, unloading takes forever. Paper bales not to bad, anything else good luck.

Mid-day break time 13:00 to 13:45. No point to show up super early. They seem to be appointment based.

Backing in not to bad IF you know how to properly set yourself up. Stay tight against the trailers so you have room up front. Unload is in dock 12.

Upon arrival, if coming in facing north. Pull into lot and back up onto the gravel parking pad in front of building so your truck is now facing south.

Quick unloading. Only one dock to unload, which is the last dock by the wall. Tight on parking only about two trucks fit outside along side of the building in the gravel. check in man door right before doc one

No complaints they took me early which they don't do. But dock 12 will take some skills and a good set up. If I can do it you can do it. Maybe 1 truck can park alongside the rd if overnight parking is needed.

Place is just one delivery dock operation , don't come early, you will be turned around and there's no room to park & wait , friendly guy at the receiving office

Wow! Just WOW!!! Appt at 8am. Got here 7:15, one truck ahead of me (7 rolls to offload) got to door at 9:20... 10:20 and I’m still here!!! Avoid this place!!!! Also tight space for OTR

All you cry baby just need to stop this place is not to bad for a back for me it was the first time come here and I been to a lot of ip places and this is a cake walk u have to hit door 12 and was told 11 and 10 never has anything in it due to otr trucks can't get in then
