Truckers, checked in at 3. Got out at 430 pm. Anything under 2 hours is considered acceptable. I’ve worked loading docks before and I can unload a full trailer in 30 mins but the loaders of today like to milk the clock.

Their front office receptionist was very rude and overall no too concerned over what I needed. She refused to let me talk to the person I needed to get into contact with, and insisted that she was the person I needed to talk to; when I knew for a fact she was not. overall she wasted my time and gave me a bad impression of the company, I would not consider purchasing from here or recommend it.

They wanna play games with quotes. I explained o was ready to put my money down and get started. They said they would have a quote for me on a certain day the waited a couple of days after that I emailed them and they said it’s going to be a few more days. I asked for management and was told that that they put my quote on hold b cause I wasn’t serious enough and they didn’t want to waste their time because I had asked to talk to a manager.

The perfect one stop provider & they are willing to work with you.

The industry can be complicated and frustrating to say the least, I won't name names. I have been through and evaluated a bunch of other manufacturers and have had plenty of issues with most of them.
With all the moving parts the complications are not just on the manufacturer's side of things.
Intermountain worked on formulations to get them just right and sourced the right raw ingredients to meet specifications. They even helped with label design/compliance/etc.
Finally trying to gauge demand and balance that with initial inventory investment can be difficult. We had a moving target for a while and Intermountain was willing and able to be flexible. Very grateful for the work they do so that I can focus on all the other components.
