I had Abby do my floors, carpet and tile, painting my first floor rooms of my house, painted my cabinets in the kitchen, and will paint my house in the spring time next year. They did an awesome job. Great workers!!! They will go out of their way to help you!!!! I really truly appreciate their work.

I had a bad experience today at Abbey’s Carpet. Walt Huber, a salesman, was the most unprofessional person I ever met.
During my first trip, he walked me around looking for samples of carpet. After picking a few, he said that was enough because I will get confused. I was not even done looking at all of them, but I took a few home.

A few days later, I went back & advised him that I was going to continue shopping because I didn’t find anything from the previous samples that I took home that would match my new furniture.

He said he was busy and I did see him helping another lady. But, after awhile, a couple walked in & he helped them before he helped me. I was happy when another sales lady offered to help me. Carol was great. She showed me every single carpet they had & offered suggestions.

Today, I went back to return the samples & asked him for the price on the carpet I chose. His response was “why do you need a price?” I said because I need to know if I can afford it. He just couldn’t comprehend why I wanted to know.

I lost my patience & told him he needed a desk job, not a sales job. At that point I asked for a different sales person to help me & Alicia was absolutely wonderful.

What should have been a happy experience shopping for new carpet, turned out awful.

I complained to the manager & she was going to talk to him.

The owner, David, came out for the initial consult and proposal. He made promises that weren't kept. The install went well but I had to redo the trim as it was reinstalled hastily. Then an issue arose that continued to deteriorate and David outright refused to correct. And in fact wouldn't even come to my facility to see it. I have business flooring needs as well as home needs but I will never use them again. Horrible customer service.

David, the owner, is extremely unprofessional. He lied to us and was not a man of his word. He screamed at us in the middle of his showroom. The quality of the work was also very poor. We had hardwood floors installed and every single baseboard is now ruined. They also ruined our refrigerator and our water line to the refrigerator. David never once came to the house to see the finish product. He was only worried about getting his money. I would stay away from this business. Very disappointing experience. And extremely rude and inappropriate owner.

A week ago we had Zack and Ryan install our beautiful luxury vinyl floor in our large family. They did an excellent job and went above and beyond what they were supposed to do. We have a large stone fireplace and they cut around each stone on the hearth. Abbey sent 1/4 round to be used around the rest of the room. Instead, they cut the flooring to go under the rustic rough cut wood walls to make it look seamless from floor to the walls. It is gorgeous. Nobody asked them to do this. They took it upon themselves to make this room simply awesome! Thx to Zack and Ryan for going above and beyond!!! Kathy Dolan

We hired an independent installer to do our tile work, and he ordered supplies from Abbey for us. Our project was time sensitive and Abbey was very slow with everything. Our installer provided square footage to Abbey. They did nothing for one week, so I stopped in the store to put down a deposit. They took my deposit, and still took 5 days to place the order. They ordered the wrong grout, despite being given the details, so we had to choose a new color, do a return, re order, and wait another week. They also overestimated the amount of tiles needed for the footage. We were left with 85 extra 13 x 13 tiles, over $200 in cost. We ended up selling these on Craig's list rather than dealing with Abbey any further. They also had invoice miscalculations and were unable to find the paperwork at times. Would not recommend!
