If I could I would rate it a zero. Since taking over for Cube Smart in St. Petersburg Fl. we have been paying for a unit we have had not access too. We have continuously been told by employee at the store oh it will be fixed. Going on three weeks for that. Every time we go. It is a flip of the coin. Whether someone will be there during store hours. Still waiting.☹
