Date 15 jan2025 Time 5-5:15 PM (Loves Las Vegas)Giving 2 stars just for company but None for driver of truck 060 (license plate P1058844). Tell them scale is not for parking. She parked and started using her phone sitting on driver seat for almost 15-20 minutes and when asked to move her truck she firstly ignored and then started yelling and said some ethnic slurs.
Management must do something about these inexperienced and rude drivers.

Was called out to a truck In Altoona ia, truck had a broken fuel filter housing, we found out housing is on national back order! My employee waited over a hour to get paid for services and refused to pay the bill and also wanted to dictate our rates! DO NOT DO ANY BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY YOU WILL NOT GET PAID for you’re time or services!

You might want to evaluate your employees a little better. Truck number 087 decided to pull out right in front of me today, had to lock my brakes up. He didn't care, he was in a rush to get to the truck stop to run in the back for his 10 hrs. Blacksburg, SC. Old man who doesn't care about anything or,anybody family. Hope all your drivers aren't like this.

THEY HAVE PAID US FOR OUR SERVICE. THANK YOU. We do not like to do this through reviews, but after numerous phone calls and e-mails to zack, we are frustrated. We did a road service on 1/17/2020 for IMG and still have not been paid for our services. We are disappointed that a company would not get it taken care of right away. We provided quick service that day and just want to get paid for it.
