Imagine Supply Chain is fantastic - 5-stars across the board!

Some companies look at fulfillment as a commodity, but we see our 3PL as a critical partner. After all, when a customer doesn't get their order on time (or worse it's wrong) it reflects poorly on the brand, not mention creates more work and expense.

Imagine is top notch with speed, accuracy and communication... they're the best I've worked with over the years!!

I've used many prep and forwarding centers, some are better than other, but I have not before had the pleasure of using Imagine Supply Chain.
In the past weeks they have worked tirelessly to integrate the clients passed off after the falling of FBA Prep and MISMI group. In the short amount of time I have been with them they have always provided top tier customer service, and their dedication results in fulfillment orders rarely surpassing a day after request.
