From the bottom of my heart I would like to thank Louise for her excellent customer service and her kindness. I came into Ignacio Mini Storage very discouraged and ready to end my contract. Louise was able to find me a new storage unit that was more in my price range. It is because of Louise that I am still a customer with Ignacio Mini Storage. I continue to be disappointed by how the parent company of Ignacio Mini Storage has raised my rents so frequently and relentlessly. In response, I just emptied one of my storage lockers, and will empty more in the coming months.

I am, however, pleased that the manager, Louise, has been helpful and very cooperative. She is the one bright spot amidst the decline of this once-wonderful facility.

Below are my previous reviews:

Ignacio Mini Storage just raised my rent yet again—the seventh time in three years. This time, another 14%. Outrageous. I will be looking for a new storage facility. They finally pushed me too far.

It's a shame, because they used to be an excellent facility. Highly UNrecommended.

Here are my comments from previous months:

This once-fine facility has declined significantly. The management has raised the rent FOUR times in less than two years. I am paying 41% more than I was paying 22 months ago. And I am paying an amazing 60% more than I was three and a half years ago!

Update on my comments above, four months later: Ignacio Mini Storage just raised my rent for the fifth time in 26 months. This is unconscionable.
