Delivered here for the first time. Very nice people. Not a single problem. Only 2 hours unloading time. Of course there were about two trucks ahead of me. Very understandable I was half hour early for my appointment. But there is a sign that states late arrivals will be treated as a work in. No overnight parking. Men's and Women's restrooms at the check in area.

They don’t get in no big hurry can’t park overnight on lot but can park on street they have bathroom in side they only unload between 7-2 Monday through Friday

3 hours to unload when there was only one other truck at the time of me being unloaded is crazy. Make sure you give yourself ample amount of time before picking up your next load. Also, good luck getting unloaded same day if you miss your appointment time.

It's hit or miss on whether or not your order is ready to load, that's if they can find it and not forget something or put something on that doesn't belong on the truck, if you are unloading don't be late and bring food with you maxi's deli is about 1 block from IDS to the south

Mehhhhhh 4 hour unload time for 7k lbs of product? Apparently they hand unload/load but didn’t tell me that until I noticed I still had green light at 1hour docked. Now at 2 hours still green, no action. Typical shipper🙄
