We hired Nicolana and Chef Jai for our December 2022 wedding, and they were FANTASTIC!! They provided us with an amazing tasting a few months in advance, and were able to reduce the spice level to our perfect match. Chef Jai even provided a few extra gulab jamun for my kids during the tasting, which was so kind of him!! They were super communicative throughout and showed up to the venue on time. The food was delicious and stayed warm throughout the event, and everything was exactly how I wanted it! They even braved the Level 2 storm that occurred on my wedding day! Thank you so much for making the day the best ever!

Chef Jai catered our micro wedding in Morgan Hill for 8 people, and it was an OUTSTANDING experience. Everything from the way they set the table, to the food, to most importantly the hospitality we felt from them, was amazing. My parents are from Delhi and said they felt like they were finally eating food from back home. The portions were huge and we were able to enjoy leftovers for a few days after. IDK catered for a graduation party at our house. One of the best experiences we had. We had Pomegranate Blinis, Fusion Taco bar, and Churros + Ice cream. Very well done. We had a mixed group with not many people being familiar with Indian food and this perfectly fit the bill. Chef Jai was on-site as well with a couple of staff. Very professional and courteous.

We just enjoyed IDK Eatz at a wedding we attended. The Tikka Masala & Paneer Masala tacos were outstanding- some of the best food we’ve ever had at a wedding. But what takes the cake is the rasmalai. The dessert was so delicate and delicious- we could not stop eating it!

Truly amazing food. We used IDK Eatz for our house warming party and everyone was raving about the food. Jai was very attentive and took the time to understand our needs, guest preferences, before designing our menu. He was late to arrive for set-up, so I would address that if using him again, but the food was truly memorable.

We had a great experience with IDK Eatz during Diwali. The whole process of scheduling, booking and delivering food was handled smoothly. The taste of food and quality of service was amazing — totally worth every penny. Would definitely order with them again!

This is a very inefficient and bad catering company that does not know how to handle clients. I did not enjoy working on a quote with them, and I will not recommend that you hire them. I have talked to many catering companies in the past, and I clearly I saw the difference with these guys.

Jai & Nicolana sent me a quote initially for a chosen menu. Although their business on Google maps says they are open 24 hours, they are actually almost never open for further discussion. After the initial quote they remained very unresponsive to my call/text/email. Then there seemed to be an abrupt breakdown in communication, despite me being very courteous with them. I also found Jai to be angry/frustrated on the phone when answering basic questions, and came across as someone who does not know the meaning of courtesy. He also did not know how to delegate questions to his other staff, if he is busy. All in all a horrible experience working with them. I will never hire them again, and I will not recommend that you do either.
