When we moved into St. George we could not find a unit. Littlefield I-15 Storage was available and reasonable in price. We went to the unit and it was very clean. The price was right! We thought we would eventually move our stuff to St. George. So at that point the experience was good. We went to get stuff once in a while and noticed that the dirt blowing in the unit was excessive... but we still kept our stuff there. Last week we needed to get something and when we went in there the water and mud that came into the unit from a storm was almost 2 inches on everything all the way to the back of the unit. We luckily had coverage for the damage and have a claim in. We took two days to move, clean all the stuff from the mud and repack into another unit.... the damage was minimal, but the time was a BIG hassle. We have a claim in for the money that they may owe and I spoke to someone that reimbursed the last month payment to me without any hassle. But when I spoke to him he did not say one thing like -- sorry you had to do that or sorry for the inconvenience. In fact he said he had to get a shovel to get the dirt off bc we left the door open and it dried the mud up... like that is my fault. I NEVER put reviews in -- but I would say be careful if you do not want your stuff dirty!

I have issues with this Facility.
The 10 X 10 I rented is two 5X10 units with the divider removed down a narrow hall way that i cant even fulley use it as i need for large items and reaks of cat piss bad!
And I get a call and the facility had a flash flood last night. Asking around I guess this happens about once a year. But they never said a word. So my unit got water and sand it a ruined a bunch of my stuff. now I know why they want you to buy their insurance. Go figure.

I-15 storage has been the best place that I have stored my things! They are sooo clean! The roads along their units are always so clean I don’t need to worry about my tires. It’s always well lit at night I’m never afraid to run their alone. Inside the units are spacious and very clean. The location is very convenient, and a safe place! I love the locked fences and I have never had a problem going in and out. Sy is always finding ways to help offering dollys or tools a friendly smile. He calls me by name which means he has taken the time to know his tenants! I’m not kidding when I say this is the best place for soooo many reasons! Amazing!!!

I have been storing my teardrop camper there for a few years now. Friendly and professional staff who keep an eye on things. And very affordable rates. Very satisfied with the place and would highly recommend it.

I’m not the kinda guy to do this whole review thing, but from the moment I started renting from I-15 Self Storage, I’ve felt like a king. The management truly is incredible. The location is extremely convenient. The good times that the storage unit allows my friends and I to have: priceless.
