The docks can be difficult at times due to the vehicles parked directly in front of the docks. The loading process is rough but efficient. We lowered our landing gear to help minimize the bouncing. Off loaded in about 45 minutes. You'll hear loud knocking inside your trailer when they're done. Very nice, humorous fork lift driver who comes around to inform you that you can pull away from the docks if you didn't understand the knocking.

Checked in 30 mins before appt time got dock in few mins was offloaded quickly park on Urbani ave dirt shoulder then check in

This place dont have good management!! The guy where i checked in he said waiting time is couple of hr my appointment was 10 and i arrived at 10am he said he is the manger to this place his name start with johnt i waited 5 hr to get loaded!! Worse place to come

My appointment 10:00 am , I arrived 09:30 am . Give me dock 11:30 am but nat start unloading this time . Unloading finish at 12:30 pm . So I no like this place.no parking & dock is very tight.

Check in was door S1 for roll stock pickup. Wasn't long to load. Waiting was just for them to start. Backing is tight if you have someone on both sides of you but as a trucker you should be able to do that no problem.

Slowwwwwwwwww. They started unloading me 35 minutes after my appointment time. They were technically closed when they took the first piece out of the trailer. It's not even busy here today, about 5 OTRs in two and a half hours. It's rollstock, it only takes about 10-15 minutes to unload once they start, so that's quick, but they keep handling drop trailers instead of the live unloads.

Got here at 8am for 10am appt. Only had to wait about 30mins for a dock. Guy at receiving desk is super cool. They only use docks R2 & R4, so not as tight as they would otherwise be. Dock 4 is easy. Dock 2 is a little trickier if there's a a truck in 2 to get around. But totally doable. There is some pkng on Main. And I don't think they ever close the gate at Main & Lang anymore. Lots of places to park once you're thru that. I know there are other ways into here that are always open, but that's the way I came so I can't comment on them. Once I checked in, I took the next left and then all rights around that block to get turned around. No need to blindside. I was empty by 9:30.
