Their price might be not as competitive as other providers in the area but their reliability and attitude are top-notch.

I’ve used their service multiple times to send packages back to a small town in Vietnam. Always exactly on time and the products were always intact. Extremely friendly and lovely owners. I’d rather pay a little extra for ease of mind rather than saving some pennies and wondering where my packages have gone.

The service is fast and good. I had 1 order to small province in Vietnam in the Lunar New Years 2020 so I had to pay extra fee. But when the package arrived Ho Chi Minh city, the shipping company in Viet Nam already offed for Lunar New Year. So my family had to pick up in HCM city and sent to Daklak themselves. I forgot to tell them because of COVID-19 happened. 1 year later I came back to send another package for my family. I told them what happened and they did sorry and make a refund for the extra fee I had to pay and also gave me a discount. I truly recommend this service.

I came on 4/3/2019 to ship 10 can of ensure milk to Vietnam as gift. They charge $57 saying they only take cash, zelle or venmo no cards will be taken. During the shipment process did not inform me regarding their insurance for shipment. When the shipment arrived in Vietnam it was damaged, the milk can cracked open and it's no longer in good condition. I contact them regarding this matter and they told me that milk cans are easy to break and they are not taking responsible for the situation. As a consumer, I'm very upset because I paid shipment as well as the good that I shipped expecting it to arrive in one piece money. Money is not the issue, the issue is the service. The package was done by Huy Hoang Cargo, no bubble wraps or air pillow were used they only use some newspaper and they are well aware that milk can can be easily damage. PLEASE BE AWARE OF THEIR SERVICE. IF YOU DO USE THEM ALSO KEEP IN MIND THAT YOU SHOULD BUY INSURANCE BECAUSE THEY WILL NOT INFORM YOU ABOUT SUCH.
