Quoted a price for same day delivery that day. Confirmed recipient would be home called back five minutes later told sorry we can’t do that. Literally wasted 30 min saying they could then changed their mind. Don’t use this company.

Hour Messenger, was a true life saver. I needed a delivery done in two hours, and other companies said they could not do it, but these guys came through and got it done in less than an hour and a half.

I asked for a rushed delivery and paid extra for 2 hour service. We gave specific instructions on who to deliver an important document to and this company delivered it to the wrong person causing delays and affecting our legal case. I would NOT recommend them and will never use them again! It seems these messenger companies just hand off as fast they can to just anyone the documents instead of actually following directions. So frustrating.
