Called 3 different times. Once to say running late. Once to say would be on time. Then once to say 10 mins away. Was still 25 mins late which no big deal - but did not tell me he arrived. Did not ring doorbell. Just unloaded massive heavy boxes near my garage right behind my car blocking me in. Asked if he could move the boxes into my garage or over so I could get out - he said “damn you don’t have anyone who could help you?” I said “no.. that’s why I’m asking you” and he said “I can’t do that” and walked away and left. Tried moving them myself but the bottom two boxes are way too heavy and I cannot lift them. So disappointed with this service/company.

This company is terrible. They did not ring the doorbell nor call to say they had arrived. They unloaded all 5 boxes of our child’s playset in front of our garage in the rain. So now my husband and and I have to figure out how to move over 500lb of boxes into our garage.

I ordered a Pit Boss grill/smoker on Amazon to try to surprise my husband when it was delivered for his birthday. It was delivered today by a third party delivery service called Hot Shot Final Mile that delivered on behalf of NSD. The package was all busted up. When we opened it, this brand new grill was bent and broken in SEVERAL places. The shipping company said there’s nothing they can do since their drivers already left our house. They have been rude and not taken responsibility for any of it. They just told me to contact Amazon and hung up. I tried to order this as a surprise and it has been terrible. I will just be buying a grill in person.

Didn't ring doorbell, didn't knock on door, just dropped in the driveway and left without giving me the opportunity to inspect or reject the delivery. They didn't respond to my texts asking what they were trying to deliver and it was something I no longer needed... now have to deal with return. Thanks.

1 star reviews going back years.. and yet companies still use Hot Shot for deliveries Must have dirt cheap rates. And we as the end users get to deal with this terrible delivery business.

After being rescheduled 2 times already, we're now rescheduling again because "we went to load your item on the truck this morning and it didn't fit." Do they ever call to let you know that you don't have to sit at your house for multiple hours waiting on your package? Nope. You get to be the one to call them afterwards with the same answer of "You're on my list to call!" Going on several weeks now.. Wonder if we'll ever get our package..

I used Hot Shot Final Mile. They did an excellent job. The staff is awesome and stayed in contact with me throughout the delivery. I would definitely use them again. The guys in dispatch were very nice and respectful!! DB

This crew was the final stretch of delivering 5 boxes of material for our greenhouse. Though they arrived a few minutes past the delivery window - the team was curtious and professional. They unloaded the boxes and stacked them nicely. Appreciated their work.
