Greatest service, greatest everything, I've used this place since they first opened without any issues and like always, someone has to ruin everything on the reviews (most likely for simple hate) this company cannot be any better, specially the staff and management!❤️does better than hate!

We have shipped various personal packages to Panama (the country) and they have been received in good condition. I would certainly recommend them. They are family owned and operated and seem very sincere individuals.

Prices have skyrocketed since they changed policies a few months ago. I would have given them 5 stars before that. Now one star is required to post - they earn less than one. Management changed. There is little point to having a per pound/month shipping allowance account anymore. They will readily charge your credit card hundreds of dollars and refuse to provide line by line explanations for the charges. When they do respond to questions they use company code and refuse to provide translation for these terms. There is a company line for every occasion. This will be parroted. You will be promised things they will never deliver. Apologies are nonexistent. They will claim to be interested in your feedback, planning to improve things, etc. It is a bunch of hot air we have heard for over a half year so far. The office in Puerto Armuelles is particularly problem ridden. You will be told you must sign a receipt for your package before you are permitted to see it. The employee is particularly rigid about this. Apparently she is permitted to act as an army of one regardless of her track record. Should there be no package once you sign the employee will offer some nonsensical BS to explain the absence. You will not be reimbursed though the company will promise that. You will receive (and be charged for) packages that do not belong to you. Others will receive your packages that you have paid to ship. You will not be reimbursed by the company no matter how often you ask. It is a very corrupt racket. There is no other game in town. I cannot recommend these people. This is a ripe opportunity for some competition such as Mail Boxes etc.

I was overwhelmingly very happy hot Express is the best thing that has happened to me in a long time I send packages to Panama on a Friday and by Monday they had the packages I can't believe it and everything was intact I definitely will use them again
