I love having a local Ace Hardware—it’s so convenient when we need something quickly. The staff is always friendly and helpful, whether in-store or over the phone. I’ve called to check on product availability, and they’ve always answered my questions kindly.

I’ve also used their online pickup service, and my order was ready right away. When I arrived, the staff was just as pleasant in person. It’s a great location with excellent service, making it my go-to hardware store!

I’m not sure that people are aware that if you buy something, open the package and discover the item doesn’t work for your needs. YOU CANT RETURN THE ITEM. Even if it’s been just an hour, no exceptions.

I go to this store at least once a week. I've purchased 3 Stilh products here. Because Scott the salesman is knowledgeable about the products. I've gone to him for repair as well. They offer tool rentals that are reasonable. They have a great selection of nuts and bolts and paint.
All of the staff are friendly and helpful I'd say that starts with Wendy the store manager. She hires good people.

I just had a Toro mower, that I purchased from Horn Ace Hardware a few years ago, serviced and some repairs done. Scott was definitely the best service manager I have dealt with in years. He got it picked up, repaired and returned so quickly I could hardly believe it. The price was reasonable and the mower is working like new. Here is one very happy customer.

This is one of the best stores i've ever been to, the workers there really make the place what it is today, Wendy, Dee, David, Cassidy, Joey, and Mary always go out of there way to put you and whatever you're looking for first. Great place, will be back.

I went out there to pick up some hardware some bolt washer and nuts and I spent time getting them all together and then I go up front after spending 10 minutes looking through them all the lady gave me a notepad and a pen to go write down the prices on all the hardware. I wrote down the prices and then went back up front then she said I’m gonna get you to add a little bit more information so I said never mind I’ll go to Lowe’s . I don’t understand why you have to write down the prices of the hardware and bring it up to them they should have a book for it to scan the barcode . I’ll never go to Ace hardware again especially the West Point location. I honestly felt like ace hardware should put me on their payroll. Go to tractor supply! You will have way better service

Do Not use as UPS drop off!!! They do not require identification and package goes missing. And then UPS /drop off store mark as picked up
Now I don’t have item nor can I file claim since Someone labeled package as Picked up!
