We recently completed an out of state move and we are very pleased with the support and customer service we received from your team of professionals. Lynette made a great first impression and was invaluable to us, delivering boxes, providing moving advice, and giving us pricing options. Cathy was a great help when we were picking up additional boxes from the warehouse; always professional and personable. Tina kept in touch every step of the way. By the time we completed our move it seemed like she was part of the family. Our driver, Cristian, was professional, on time, and very careful with our household goods.

If I could give 0 stars I would. This shipping company delivered all my items to the wrong address, they didn’t even know until I called them. The person they delivered it to found my contact info on a piece of luggage and contacted me to let me know he had my stuff. If it was not for his integrity I would have never been able to locate my items. DOD should find a new shipping company to take care of service members moving forward.

Additionally, I HIGHLY recommend you do a ditty move before using this company, save yourself a lot of emails, phone calls and time. They still have yet to take accountability of this mistake.

It all went very smooth. The movers on both ends were exceptional; very efficient and helpful. Wanda, the move coordinator in Phoenix, was the best. She was excellent in keeping me informed and helpful. She called me several times during the move to make sure everything was going smooth and she always took the time to explain every detail. If I ever need to move again I will only use United.

I worked with Tina who coordinated our move from Portland to Tucson with a stop in storage until we found a permanent place. I cannot express the gratitude I have for Tina in making our move as smooth as possible, even down to giving a spot-on moving cost estimate and keeping to our timelines. Moving can be stressful but working with Tina was a dream. She is a perfect example of an excellent employee, great customer care, communication and committed to doing a great job. The teams of movers were also very professional, quick and friendly. Aurelio and Alfred were exceptional when delivering our stuff to our new home in Tucson, very patient in handling our stuff. I also want to recognize Jesus who loaded his truck and safely transmitted our items to Tucson.

HORRIBLE! HORRIBLE! When you send little boys to do a man's job, it does not work at all. They were 4 hours late and then lied in my face stating they wasn't suppose to do this job today. When in all actuality it's scheduled for today. This in turn means the job needs to be done. When it comes to military contracts not all of these companies deserve to have that CONTRACT. They want to tell the military member that they are to stop service at 5pm, but what does that have to do with the fact that the job is still not complete?! Do the job that you were paid to do. The movers proceeded to leave with the paper work that wasn't signed. I was not able to account for the items that were delivered and those that are missing. I have now made a complaint with the moving representative and I hope that I never have to work with this company again. I Highly do not recommend!

We selected Horizon because they represented a national moving company & their estimate was the lowest of the 3 estimates we obtained.
In March of 2019 we moved from Tubac AZ to Clifton Park NY. We had sold our house & would be driving to NY, taking some 8 or 9 days to do so. We wanted to be in NY for the delivery, so we asked that the delivery be delayed by at least 2 weeks. Horizon readily accommodated us, at no extra cost, even though they had to store our property in Tucson for a while & then also in NY, in order to avoid having the moving van arrive in NY before we did. We worked mostly with Sina M. & Diana R., both of whom were super nice. We recommend this company.

BE CAREFUL BEFORE YOUR HIRE THIS COMPANY! They did a nice job packing my items. However, while moving my items, the movers stole my 2 caret diamond bangle and my David Yurman starburst ring. These items were not only very expensive but held sentimental value to me. Very disappointing!
