Been using Honest Freight the last year and I can't recommend them enough. SUPER fast in sending quotes. I typically go with them over other shipping centers because of their excellent customer service. Sometimes I will pay extra through them because I know how well they will handle the shipment before and after.

We trusted Honest Freight to ship a $25k shipment to Hawaii and deliver our merchandise to the customer. They missed our deadline by over 2 weeks. We had to call multiple times everyday and they were not giving us the truth the entire time. We will never use this company again. Not sure where the Honest in Honest Freight came from, they were not Honest with us.
