Everything was great about this hotel, from cleanliness to comfort and friendly staff. The only two things I would mention is if you really need quiet rooms, avoid the rooms in front of the gym. People start slamming the gym door since 6am. And also, my shower had no shower head, it was actually just the hand shower they hung as the shower head. Very low water pressure, so I did not really enjoy my shower time. Otherwise, this is definitely a great value hotel that I would go back and recommend.

Had a king size bed for 4 nights. It was like sleeping on bricks. Definitely need to upgrade those. The staff was great, especially the breakfast attendants. Just wonderful people. I didn't catch their names, but definitely the bright spot of the week. Desk staff was also great. Spinning a wheel to earn extra loyalty points when checking in was a nice touch.

Location and ease of property and perfect were excellent. Safety and parking lot lighting were adequate. Some homeless solicitations did occur. Beds and bedding were excellent. Water pressure and noise levels should be addressed. Overall it meet my needs providing a safe and comfortable atmosphere.

Rooms were in good condition, however,….
Housekeepers were scared of my pet who was in her kennel…understandable. They did not follow up with me or contact me to finish cleaning/servicing my room. I had to contact front desk and housekeeping to follow up and get my room cleaned with a pet. This resulted in room that wasn’t as clean as it could be.
There was an emergency lighting alarm that went off 5 consecutive days in a row as early as 3am. I had to walk up to the front desk to ask for it to be turned off. If no one was available to turn it off, sounded for multiple hours.

My reservation was for 7 days but I left one day before to my check out for the horrible services and lies to me

Thursday: I reported the from desk. The staff member lied to me.

She told me that I put the note outside that no disturb me or and not ready yet.

That was lie because I didn't put the note.

They came late that day at 1600 to clean

The floor was sticky and poor clean.

Friday no body came to clean my room

Saturday no body came to clean my room

I reported online but nothing happened

I am Very dissatisfied, disappointed, frustrated....

I will avoid to stay in the IHG hotels

Location to base is good, breakfast good, staff is friendly and answered all my questions. I stayed here for 15 nights. Room service took out out my trash & gave me new towels and everything I needed and are real friendly. However my bed sheets were dirty and got multiple bed bugs or spider bites or something while sleeping around week 2. More staff is needed for housekeeping or new sheets or less load in the washer or dryer or something I feel like the bed sheets aren't as clean as they can be. Also there were ants as soon as I started eating in my room. Other than that experice was good but the bites on my hand and arm just makes my experience okay.

It was a clean and safe hotel. The breakfast was great and always had a good selection of choices. The room was cleaned regularly and the hotel staff took good care of the room. There were no issues during my stay.

Checked in from the Jan 22-28 , front desk agent Shanna was nice and did an early check in at no cost after 30 minutes of waiting. Booked a double bed, around 11pm the WiFi stopped working until the morning time. Rooms were clean , neighbors were quiet. I still haven’t received the $125 deposit after check out , feels like they’re holding it hostage for no reason . Would’ve stayed longer but they claimed the hotel was full and couldn’t extend , just give me my deposit money back .
