We were told a couple times that a 24 hr notice was all that was needed to get our shed moved about a half a mile on a dirt road to our new house. The contact that I was given Monty was his name was obviously not interested in doing it , that was clear by the aditude he had when I spoke to him. He wanted to check out the route he would have to take to move it. This was Friday afternoon. He was to call me on Saturday before he came over. I finally called him Saturday afternoon and he said he was busy doing something else and didn't know if he could make it over with no offer of a call to tell me either way. I have used Hoist a few times in the past to move our travel trailer with prompt , professional results from Mike. Nevertheless I called the place we bought the shed from and we have an appointment that I'm confident they'll keep. I won't be calling hoist again.

We broke down on a hill 100 miles from our vacation destination. The Hoist team did a great job towing my 34' class A motorhome and even sent a separate truck to pick up my loaded 20' enclosed trailer. The entire team was very knowable communicating directly with me to make sure they the correct equipment when they arrived at the time promised. They we extremely skillful in backing my motorhome into the RV spot so we could continue our vacation. I highly recommend the Hoist team!

PS Unfortunately we had an unrelated breakdown on the way home and had a tow company that hours late (we were stranded for 9 hours, very disappointed in AAA). When they finally showed up the driver was inexperienced and damaged the motorhome when parking it.

Again I really appreciate the Hoist team!

The absolute best! Don’t go any further this is the towing company you want. Great people! My family and I were stuck on the side of the highway and had tried to contact a tow. We were told a very long wait by another company. Then we called Hoist and were on the road within the hour. Great service and absolutely fair, kind, and honest. They saved us in a pickle and they will save you too! 10/10

Locked my keys in the car and called AAA in rimrock Arizona Friday the 17th around 5pm. Luckily bill came to a rescue, there was a really nasty accident on the I-17 and the estimated arrival time due to traffic was horrible. Lucky somehow he managed to come to our rescue sooner than expected. His customer service was amazing and he really seems like a genuinely good guy. Was very lucky to have him helping us. Thank you so much again! Highly recommend doing business with them!

Had a flat tire and called my roadside assistance through Verizon. About 30 min later Bill showed up and changed my tire. He also took the time to fill up my spare before putting it on. This was my first flat with my truck and I'm definitely glad he did it and not me!! He was great! Truly made my day better!!

So grateful for Bill!! He came to my rescue quickly after I had a blowout. Bill went above and beyond helping to find a place that had the tire I needed in stock and did all he could to ease my stress in the situation of being stranded on the side of the highway.
Can't say enought how I appreciate it! Great guy, great company!

I had a vehicle towed to Phoenix yesterday, and my Roadside Assistance company hired Hoist Towing to transport my vehicle. The driver that came was Eli and he was extremely knowledgeable, professional and did an absolute fantastic job transporting my special vehicle to Phoenix. I can't recommend them enough. Great job guys.

I want to give a heart felt shout out to Bill our tow driver. He answered a latenight call (10:30 pm) to come help me and my daughter after we had a tire blowout through the construction zone outside of Flagstaff. (Everyone beware of a terrible pothole about 500ft before construction ends!) Bill came and picked us up and safely droves us all the way to Phoenix. He took great care in towing my car. Foremost, Bill was extremely courteous and accommodating, making us feel very safe. THANK YOU!!!!
