Super easy to get their help using my insurance. Took awhile because they were busy, but their driver, Lee, kept in touch with us while we waited. Lee was super friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. Put us at ease in a big way. Would recommend 100%!! Thank you, Lee!!

I don’t know about the company, that being said our tow truck driver was awesome. He was there a bit earlier than quoted, he was thorough, efficient and chitchatted with my husband, since they knew a lot about the same things. Mercedes are downplayed and less priority. The people who drive them are snootty, so they can wait.

My poor old truck broke down again. Called my Insurance company to get the old truck towed. They sent out your driver Lee out to help me. It took a little while for Lee to show up which is ok I drove tow truck in the past and stuff happens. I was so glad to see Lee pull up. It was cold out and his truck was warm. Gave Lee the keys and he got my truck hooked up and got me home. Thanks for having a driver like Lee. When he was dropping my truck off he said it was his day off. Thanks for the great service Lee.

Devin came and rescued me from the side of the hwy for a tow into Chico...that unfortunately for him became a tow into Sacramento. He was professional, detailed, and a good communicator. Would recommend.
