What a horrible experience. We rented a storage container for a move, and the code given did not work on the gate. The customer service hotline did not operate on Sunday, so we had to rent another container. After this fiasco, the horrible customer service agent still did not cancel our rental. We are still dealing with it three months after the fact. DO NOT RENT HERE.

I had a very good experience when renting space for my RV, and have continued to have good service. The entrance is beautiful and the gate is easy to operate. An especially good thing is that our price for storage was lowered instead of raised. I am happy with the business.

Wouldn’t recommend this place. Made arrangements to store my camper. Went over all the details with the girl on the phone. She knew we were going to be storing a camper and she still ended up giving us a garage. There’s no way our camper would fit in the garage. I asked for a refund for the overpayment since the garage costs more per month than an open area spot and the manager said no. I know it’s only $20 but it’s the principle. It was your mistake and you’re still are charging the customer for something that they couldn’t even use.

Do not rent from these scammers! Besides the fact that they run this place remotely, the space they set me up with had a hole in the wall that led into the next unit. When I called to get a refund they tried to get smart with me, I went next-door to secure care safe storage and they took care of me, and the set up took about five minutes.

I've stored two cargo trailers at Highland Storage as well as a Class B RV and a Toy Hauler 5th. Wheel. All of the above have been outdoor storage. My storage sights have all been easy access and with the great security system in place at Highland Storage I have always felt my trailers and RV have been well secured. I find the owner Aaron to be very personable and very easy to work with. Since beginning to use Highland Storage I have witnessed many improvements as well as many improvements to take place in the near future. I highly recommend Highland Storage as your storage facility.

Terrible! Don’t go there.Go to Jane ,went on line to vacate and still sent bill, called and guy said he’d take of it, never called back , I called again because they turned on auto pay and charged for another month and girl hung up on me!! Be careful with these people , they are terrible

I've stored 2 different RV's here over the past 3 years. Aaron and his team have been most accommodating. A great location for Bella Vista residents. They provide an air compressor to allow tenants to air their tires when departing, this is a great benefit.

Nice, secure facility. Even though there isn't a person on site, I am always able to get someone on the phone if I have an issue. The grounds are mowed and kept very clean.
