Do not book loads with this broker, if you want to receive your payment in full. They will try to find a way to short pay you, unreasonable charges. They charge us for a missing signature on the rate con!!! ‍♀️that we sent right away to the broker, but not the billing. Mind you, we sent all the paperwork right after delivery to the billing email. They got everything they needed to bill their customer and decided to rob the carrier that did an excellent job delivering the load. In whole 10 years of our company in the business no broker short paid us for missing signature on the rate con. Stay away from this broker.

Heads up Carriers* Michelle Brown Broker for this company will deduct money from delivery , with out doing her due diligence to only satisfy her shipper my driver was blamed for a mistake he did NOT make she immediately blamed my driver and deducted $400 from his load which to me is very unprofessional. She would not speak to her customer because she was correct or beleived she was. When i attempted to fix the problem she simply avoided it so please becareful!!!!!!!! i know how hard drivers work for something like this to happen unlike her i actually care about people!!!STAY AWAY!!!!! so if anyone from this company or anyone that cares wants to pay my driver his hard earned money please contact me because times are tough and this is so unfair he also has a family to feed and cant afford to loose money over a mistake that was not his fault...

Scammer brokerage company , will make up an unfounded reason to charge you after you deliver their load. Avoid at all costs.

Our trucking company did a load for Hering Logistics. The load paid $2500.00. Because we did not bill them within 3 days (our dispatcher was out with COVID), they paid us for $2250 and told us there is nothing we can do about the $250.00. As a broker, we will never do business with this company again.
