My go to Mexican restaurant! The chicken fajitas, chips and guacamole are my fave! The guacamole is so fresh and delicious. The bartenders make a mean margarita and they have good tequila and beer selections.
The manager and the servers are friendly and knowledgeable.
I celebrated my birthday there this year and it was incredible!
Highly recommend!

I ordered the fish tacos and my only expectation was good. The fish tacos were the best I've had in a very long time. The side of very crisp chips, salsa and bean dip is a plus. Excellent salsa with just the right amount of kick and the bean dip makes you want more.

In fact, after eating the fish tacos, I doubt if I've come close going to another restaurant and ordering them.

Gorgeous ferns greet you as you come in the door with well placed tables of nice conversation.

I understand there are happy hours to check out on their website.
And, for those who like "beer choices," you won't be disappointed.

Went here randomly when the wait next door was too long. Pleasantly surprised. Food was good, with great prices and drinks. Service was on top of it and friendly. I will be back and happy to bring others along.

Really cool place in LG. Pretty authentic Mexican flavors and great portions. Taco Tuesday was fun! Their tllyuadas (prob mispselled) are really delicious! My favorite of all is their house salsa, it could be a bit spicier but the flavor is not lacking!!!

We had a pleasant experience at this restaurant, and the food was quite good. The highlight for me was the medical salad. It featured very crispy iceberg lettuce topped with grilled chicken, blue cheese dressing, cucumber slices, and boiled eggs. The presentation was also quite inviting, adding to the overall appeal of the dish.

The kids had a great time with their meals too. They enjoyed both the chicken and steak tacos, which were tasty and well-prepared. The guacamole was made to order and tasted very fresh, which we all appreciated.

In summary, it’s a nice spot for Mexican food near downtown Los Gatos. While it didn't blow us away, it was still a good experience, and we’ll likely visit again.

Love the decor. Cocktails were tasty and there were many that I wanted to try. Ordered the fajitas, street tacos, and tamales to share. The quality was great and I appreciated the abundance of perfectly seasoned veggies that came with the fajitas. The free chips and salsa were great, especially the spicy habanero salsa (I like heat and this made me sweat!). We didn't mind paying for it because it was worth it, but it would have been appreciated if they warned us that it would be an extra $2.

Staff was friendly, but there were a few mishaps with service. My friend's bottled beer was not cold, a draft beer order was forgotten, a tamales order was mixed up (got the corn instead of pork), and we got double charged for a cocktail. The owner (I think) came by and replaced our original salsa which tasted like tomato sauce which we ate anyway haha. I really appreciated that he did this because he took the risk of calling attention to the mistake versus letting us think their salsa sucked and chose to serve us the real salsa which was SO much better. That showed me they cared about the food quality and were doing they best they could to provide the best service, even though they didn't have it dialed down that night.

We were celebrating my birthday and they offered me a free dessert of my choice! Wow, that's unheard of! We got the fried ice cream with plátanos, which my friend loved.

So there were standout service moments as well. Everything was decent, but I'm sure I would've appreciated it more if I didn't have such a late lunch and had more of an appetite.

It was super easy to find parking so that was a great bonus as well. The Taco Tuesday ($3 tacos) and Thursday specials ($1.50 oysters!) are very appealing so I would come back. I had my eye on the pozole so will try that next time.

Over the years, I've frequented this location, witnessing the constant turnover of new restaurants. It's intriguing how this corner with Hercules lacks the attention other places in Los Gatos receive. Finally visiting after the 49ers' victory against the Lions, I found it to be a sophisticated spot for watching sports—quiet, cool, and upscale.

The star of the experience was undoubtedly the service. The overall dining experience was good, though not remarkably authentic. A significant gripe was the initial batch of free tortilla chips, some of which were old, hard, and chewy. Upon requesting a fresh batch, they arrived mostly hot and crunchy, yet mixed with remnants of the older ones, disappointing for a Mexican restaurant where chips and salsa are crucial. The guacamole, too, lacked flavor, possibly missing salt.

Despite these flaws, the outstanding service and a recommendation for the delicious shrimp fajitas make me inclined to return. Parking is hassle-free in the back or on nearby side streets. Fun place to hang out with friends or family gatherings.
