I’ve been ordering from this dispensary for… 6 months? And I’ve never had a bad experience. They deliver to me, (I’m not super close to their stores location) all of the drivers follow the extra little instructions so make sure they get to my location, they’re prices are unbeatable, and they always have great deals. The staff always texts back right away and the communication with this place is 👌🏽👍🏼 I totally recommend Herb N Joy and will continue using them myself.

This place is so great! Always have a great selection, they carry top notch products (I've found a few of my favorite growers through them). The team is always supper helpful over the phone when ordering. Last time I ordered I think I talked to some girl named Deanna, whatever her name was she was super helpful and stayed on the phone to explain to me what each strain was like and how it may make me feel. She was incredibly helpful and my order got to me within an hour and a half, which is great for a delivery service. I will for sure order from them again because clearly they know weed and they carry great products, keep it up Herb N Joy!!

I love HerbNJoy. From the very first delivery, I received a bonus concierge treatment at no cost. Their flowers are ALL top shelf with a large variety that you can select from. From ordering on-line to the point of delivery always goes so smoothly. Never late, all their delivery persons are very professional, and although their high-end products are sometimes on the costly side, I somehow end up with great discounts on my invoice and always pay less then what I initially calculated. Maybe it's because I'm over 60 or because I am a cancer survivor, but the discounts are always greatly appreciated. ALSO, their sales are worth waiting for--$20 an eighth for their top shelf flower!!! WOW! I have been through so many delivery services and have never stuck with any of them after 1st or 2nd delivery, but HerbNJoy have been my go to service for the past several months now. I love their fabulous products and the service provided by the nicest, most accommodating employees/drivers. Thank you

I scheduled a order the day before to be delivered first thing in the morning and they were super helpful over the phone with getting it set up and answered all my questions about some of the strains they carried that I hadn't heard of. Delivery came right on time and because it was my first time they gave me a 30% discount! Very knowledgeable staff and friendly drivers too. I've been enjoying the lockdown a lot more thanks to these guys, will definitely be reordering from them once I run low.

This place is amazing. First time using a delivery service and it was very simple and quick. Francell answered all my questions and was able to help me narrow down a good pick out of all the wonderful products. Best dispensary in the Bay Area! Always an amazing selection of flower and concentrates. I have never had a bad experience here. My first time at HerbNJoy was AMAZING!! And the second time was the same experience!! I’m not sure if I’m spelling her name right but McKenna is the sweetest I had her both time I was and she was the sweetest bud tender ever!! Products were fire as well🙏🏼 Highly recommend this dispensary
