I am a repeat customer of Henderson Moving. My latest move was last week. The entire process couldn't have went better. The guys who moved me were very nice and had everything loaded and unloaded quickly while taking good care of my belongings, nothing damaged. I'm grateful for the seamless process in scheduling, reasonable price and the actual move. They took a lot of the stress out of a stressful situation. Many thanks!!

Henderson did a great job moving us. Their employees were prompt, professional, respectful of our property, polite, and efficient. Everything arrived undamaged and within the time frame promised. We were very pleased with Henderson.

I have been waiting almost a week for my dining room table to be delivered. They did not show up on the scheduled delivery day, or the rescheduled delivery day. We have had to make arrangements three times now to have someone at our home to wait in a 4 hour window for no one to show up. My husband and I have called dozens of times and left countless messages and only spoken to someone twice: both times to reschedule the delivery no one showed up for. At this point, it would be easier to just pick it up. Frustrating and upsetting to spend $1200 on furniture and not be able to receive it.

While the manager called me by the wrong name several times, that is not a huge deal. I had to re-schedule delivery because I was out of town. I was told rudely she would have to call me back to do that. Once I finally heard back I was told a certain day and time, verified by my wife while phone was on speaker. I had to pay extra money for my child to stay in daycare because of the time of delivery. Nobody showed up at that time. After attempting to get the "manager" on the phone for one and a half hours, she informs me she messed up and got the day wrong. I then informed her how unprofessional this company is. The "manager" then went on to raise her voice and told me everybody makes mistakes! Now I have to get off work, again and pay extra child care cost.. again. And hope they show up this time for the delivery.

Our experience with this company had both its’ ups and downs. They called us on a Friday to say our furniture could be delivered Monday. In the voicemail, the company rep kept calling my husband Michelle, when his name is Michael. When she realized halfway through the message that she made a mistake, she said’ “I think it’s supposed to be Michael and not Michelle...anyway...” No apology or anything. When we called to reschedule because we were out of town, the same rep said she would call us back with a new time and day. She never did. We called three times before actually getting someone on the phone. Same rep informed us it would be delivered Tuesday at 12/ noon. Okay. Great. So, Tuesday at noon rolls around, and no one is here. We waited until 1:30 before calling to check the status, to which we got nothing but the voicemail multiple times. When my husband finally got someone on the phone, the same rep informed us that our furniture was scheduled for delivery on Wednesday, not Tuesday. Clearly my husband was upset since we rearranged our schedules and paid extra to keep my daughter in daycare. So, she says our furniture will be delivered Wednesday at 12. Because we had issues with times, I decided to call to make sure it was set for 12, and the same rep, very rudely, began arguing with me about what she said the day before and the times. I was trying to get an estimated time, and she kept interrupting me, and she finally hung up. At this time, I was livid with the situation and called back. Here’s where the actual good part comes in. Said rep hands the phone to the company owner, who was extremely helpful. He listened without interrupting and sympathized with the situation. He informed me that delivery times are always approximately due to problems or delays with other scheduled deliveries and we would see our furniture between 12-4 on Wednesday. It was delivered before 12 the next day in great condition.

The reason why I am giving this company a 2 star instead of higher is solely bc of the rude and unprofessional receptionist. She independently will run the company into the ground if she continues to act with other clients the way she did with us. I believe this company is a “mom and pop” family business, so I doubt she’ll be going anywhere. For future clients, be ready to deal with inconsistentency and an argumentative receptionist.

Best moving experience ever! We've used moving companies in the past that has just made the experience dreadful - bad attitudes, move like slugs etc. These guys were all extremely friendly, courteous, quick movers. They also did an amazing job of handling our things and making sure nothing was damaged. Highly recommend, and I will definitely use them again in the future. Can't say enough good things about them!

I have never in my life been treated like the owner of this company treated me. I was called Monday and the deliver was set up for Wednesday at 6. I am moving into an apartment from a house. I waited and waiting and nothing. I looked back at my confirmation email and it said that the delivery window was between 6 and 10 at night. I was livid. I had to call my ex to pick up my daughter at church at 7:30 because they never got to my apartment. My daughter came to me and I had to keep her up on a school night. I waited until 10 and still no call. When I finally got them to answer on Thursday, the lady was extremely rude. She said that the truck broke down which is understandable. She said that her guys called everyone, but I never received a call. She then said that she would deliver it Saturday at 5. My daughter has a recital at 7 and I am sure they will not be there at 5. I ask if they could come any early and she said that there are 20 people ahead of me. I am not happy. This company is awful and ran by rude, rude people.
