Choose your customs broker carefully!
I blindly trusted Hecny to handle the import of my 40' container from China.
I chose Hecny because they were Chinese brokers with very low prices.
It was a horrible mistake, which costs me THOUSANDS in demurrage fees and so called 'messenger' fees which HECNY has no shame in billing me.
Angela Wu at Hecny doesn'y pay any attention to you. They will ignore your emails and not respond to your messages. Demurrage charges add up everyday. I had no choice but to pay or my container would be destroyed by US customs . I paid HECNY invoice yesterday. Today, they send me another for for $400. This is black mail. STAY AWAY !

You get what you pay for. Choose reputable companies. NEVER choose to do business with HECNY.

We hired them to take a crate from our warehouse to Orlando Convention Center. The Crate and the machine arrived damaged to Orlando. We opened a claim of what we thought was a negligent and irresponsible handling of our product (we asked insurance for this service). After 5 months, They finally answered and told us that the claim did not proceed because everything was for our fault.
We made a mistake hiring HECNY but, please, avoid to work with that kind of company.
