I truly wish I had spoken with Mike, but instead, I ended up with AJ. My experience felt less like working with a supplement manufacturer and more like visiting an shady mechanic. First red flag was after he gave me a quote a week later he says, "Oh, sorry Abdi, I forgot to include the cost of the masking for the gummies, so now it’s an extra $1.60 per bottle." The final straw was when he quoted me for 1000mg shilajit, and then when I was about to add that to the bottle label he said, "Sorry, it’s only 50mg," while the price stayed the same.

Mikey and team have been great to work with on our gummy product. They have made themselves available for questions, phone calls, facility tours, and more. We received bids from several different manufacturers prior to choosing Healthdrop, and they were definitely not all as communicative and helpful as the Healthdrop team. Healthdrop was also much more flexible in terms of MOQ and timelines than several other companies we looked at.
