This HT used to be so clean and well-stocked but is not any longer. The staff is amazing and friendly and they are the saving grace! The bathrooms are never clean and at least one of the escalators is typically not operational. Management does not seem to be on top of issues addressed by the customers or the staff. I will say again how great the staff is and they are the reason I continue to shop here!

Harris Teeter is my favorite grocery store in the metropolitan area. But I only went to this one once, and it seemed more expensive than the others in a few things - though maybe prices are just going up That Fast.
Harris Teeter is generally very clean, excellent products, decent prices (won't gouge you like Whole Foods; better quality than Giant [though Giant is great too.])
Teeter's has great deli, bakery, customer service and everything else you'd want!

Unfortunately this is the closest and most affordable grocery store to me or I’d go anywhere else. I’ve seen moldy produce, produce that has sticky black substances spilled on them, ice cream that had clearly been frozen and refrozen several times based on where it was in the container and the freezer burn, and today I was bothered by an employee at the self checkout who came up and started randomly pressing buttons and arguing with me despite there being no issue with my transaction.

Best grocery store in town. Just purchased my groceries and when i got home I found a bag of chips with a hole in it. I called the store and asked if I could exchange them for another bag. They said "of course" and when I came back they were very friendly and didn't even make me wait in line for the exchange. Thank you for the great service and wonderful employees.

Possibly the nicest grocery store I've ever visited. Pretty, bright, clean, great selection, reasonable prices, underground parking.

Absolutely gorgeous beef. The best butcher counter of any grocery store chain.

Having never been to a Harris Teeter, we had a good visit.

We picked up lunch fixings, cold beer, ready to drink beverages and chips & salsa.

Not terribly far from our hotel and conference for the next 3 days.

Very clean and no sticky floors. We will visit again!

Store isn’t staffed heavily enough. Believe it or not I don’t want to self check out when I buy a week’s worth of groceries. Scanners constantly call errors. They should be less concerned about petty shoplifting and more concerned about keeping customers. The fee staff people they have are nice - but for god’s sake hire twice as many of them! Also the fully armed security guard is… a little overkill?

product, service, and cleanliness are outstanding. prices are high, but the gasoline fuel point program is not effective, with points not rolling into the next month, making customers lose significantly many points/discount.
