bought a Engine Crank from here, I bought it and took it home by the way this thing was heavy needed, when I built it I noticed a couple pieces missing I went down the store and Manager Shelly didn’t even care to help me out I guess this is how this company makes there money . what a shame yall sell parts with missing pieces and then make it seem like that not your problem this isn’t the first nor the second time this has happened to me

I love harbor freight. This location is pretty good.. However, I don't understand why ( especially in a town with this much construction) this location opens at 8am. As a business man I have needed tools at 6am, and need to go elsewhere. I can only imagine the lost sales.

Great customer service Shauna was so helpful nice made me laugh I went in for one thing she showed me about ten things and showed me how becoming an itc member is beneficial!! She showed me the website has tons of deals definitely going back in to see her she brightened my day great job casa grande!! We need more people like her in customer service

This place is an absolute scam!!! One water pump for our home goes out 11 months into buying it. We bought the extra warranty, but of course we have to go in and buy a new one, and go through the company for the money back. So today we buy a new one, get it home, it’s been returned, had black grease in the threads… and of course…. Doesn’t work! Won’t prime! We call the store, and guess what?! The 90 days in store warranty that comes with it, you still have to go through the company! They refuse to swap it, or refund it!! So now if we buy yet another one and it’s been returned and sold to us as new, we are screwed on that one too!!! Absolute scam of a store. Will not buy one more thing from any harbor freight ever again.

I absolutely love this store! Great selection, excellent prices on tools. The majority of my purchases here are reportedly on warranty. All of the items I have purchased at this store have been top quality so far, incidentally.
The staff are extremely helpful and outgoing and are very knowledgeable about their products.
Plenty of parking, wheelchair accessible.

02-2024 went in for gloves.. had my size and they were on sale.. really long line tho.. 4-23 got gloves my size and looked for rivets but their selection was poor at best 5-19-22.. came in for gloves. None my XL size thats normally here. Had to spend $16 for something comparable that i was paying $10 for.. 2 years earlier review: Just picking up a few small things and price matching stuff.. they gave me a free tarp too! I actually made it out of there spending less than 20 bucks.. (very rare)
