I had an absolutely awful experience with this company, and I urge you to stay far away. I booked a moving service 3 weeks in advance, scheduling it for 9 AM with 4-5 movers. On the day of my move, Stefan (the contact person) completely ignored my calls for 3 hours. After endless attempts, I called from a different phone number, and finally, he answered. He casually told me they had no movers available and that they'd be able to do the move the following day.

After a heated argument, they finally agreed to show up – but they arrived 8 hours late and with only 3 movers instead of the 4-5 I had originally booked. The lack of professionalism, complete disregard for my time, and poor communication were absolutely shocking.

In short, this company is a scam. They lied, wasted my time, and caused me unnecessary stress. BEWARE and save yourself the headache – there are plenty of reliable moving companies out there. Do not waste your money or time with these people!

Huge thanks to Walter and Washington for moving my home. Couldn’t be happier with the service. They are professional, experienced, friendly and helpful. Everything was done within 4 hours. They wrapped all my furnitures and you can tell they really cared about the items. They always moved and placed stuff gently and never hit the wall or door once. All my stuff remain in great condition after the move. They also helped dissembled and reassembled the big pieces. Even the super of the building was surprised how fast and great the work had been done. I chose Hapi because of the great reviews and affordable quote. It turned out to be an absolutely correct choice. I also want to give kudos to Geo who I communicated from the very beginning. She’s super responsive, patiently answered all my questions and even helped coordinated during the move. I’ll definitely use Hapi again for my next moving work.

Stephan was nice on the phone. The crew he sent was very good and quick, they used some extra materials which cost extra, but they were very clear about pricing and gave me options. Pricey, but worth it, this is NY what do you expect. Was moving NY to NY.

Hapi Moving was amazing to work with! Jose, David, and Eddie were extremely professional, worked fast, and most importantly very friendly. They wrapped all the furniture up and protected all my belongings and packed everything very efficiently into my 10x10 storage unit that I was afraid would not be big enough. They texted me in advance for the ETA ,showed up on time , wrapped all the furnitures with blanket and they handled very carefully my mirrors I had a lot of mirrors and glasses on my house , by the end nothing was broken not even a glass I highly recommend this company they use plastic wrap too I am very happy with their service.
