Truly amazing customer service!!
I had to mail a package to Korea, but missed the pick up cutoff time, so it would be mailed two days later. I really needed my package mailed today, so I asked the owner if there’s any way we can make this work.
She went out of her way to call the other Hanseong Express locations in the Orange County and managed to find a location that can still take my package!! I’m really grateful for her help 🙂

I would recommend this place to anyone in need of mailing packages or passport photos.

The bestest place in Irvine!!! Being non-Korean, I was very hesitant to use this postal service but gave it a try! OMG, the girl made me very comfortable, filled all customs forms, helped me with packing two boxes, requested additional information (such as DOB and phone number of the recipient), explained the process and the parcel was delivered in 3 short days.
Rate was great as well!!!
So, thank you for the wonderful experience and service

Hands down the cheapest and friendliest in Irvine to ship to S. KOREA!!!!! Open 7 days as well. WOW!!!
Accepts credit cards.
Recommended to bring own box if you have if not they will provide used ones. They sell new boxes as well.

한국에 서류보낼게 있어 방문했습니다. 목욜 오전에 접수했고 LA공항 금욜 저녁에 출발 일욜(미국시간)에 한국도착했습니다.(영업일과 상관없이 비행기는 가는듯해 시간 아낀거 같습니다) 한국은 월욜새벽이라 CJ에서 택배 인수하여 화욜오후 택배 배송완료됐습니다
안내 받기를 수,목욜에 받을거라했는데 다행이 일찍 배송됐네요 긴급으로 보내면 화욜에는 받을수 있다고 했는데... 운이 좋았던건지 급한서류였지만 일반택배 $10로 잘 보낸거 같습니다
다만 리뷰에는 사장님이 친절하셔서 좋다고 했는데 저희가 같을때는 사장님이 아니셨던거 같습니다
