Sending stuffs for my best friend few months ago, I was told to wait around 7-10 days, but received after 13 days which were fine as Vietnamese customs worked strictly on goods from outside the country (been sending stuffs for years so understandable as long as the goods are undamaged). Staff was friendly and helpful. Will definitely comeback for other service!
Please noted that this store much better than the one inside Hiep Thai market!

Attention all elderly customers! Be vigilant and thoroughly check your receipt before leaving Hang My Cargo! The female staff at this location have a habit of overcharging by $1-$2, and she won't hesitate to take advantage of unsuspecting customers. Don't let her exploit your trust. Double-check your receipt and demand a correction if necessary. Protect yourself from her dishonest practices.

Seriously over promise under deliver.
Package is almost a month and still nothing and they kept saying it was in Hanoi. That was a week again. Why don't rush and ship to the location since you guys were already late. This is unacceptable!!!!! Seem like there is no communication between here and in Vietnam to deliver the message that I tired to ask 3 times. I asked please test me the process since you guys are already late. They always said ok and never do anything.
The other place I went to is always on time.
I chose this for convient but will never come back here again

Có lần mình đưa thông tin bị sai nên dẫn tới giao hàng chậm hơn so với dự kiến.Lỗi do mình, nên có nhờ nhân viên hỗ trợ điều chỉnh lại thông tin mà không hề tốn thêm bất cứ phí gì thêm.
Nên mình khuyên các khách hàng khi gửi hàng mình check thông tin thật chính xác để hàng được giao nhanh chóng nhất có thể nha.
