This is my second time using Mike and his crew to move. They were courteous, efficient, professional, and good humored. They came under budget and they were a real pleasure to work with. The entire crew made a deliberate effort to accommodate our requests and were not in the least fazed about last minute changes (this dresser in a different room, that carpet moved elsewhere, etc). They were honestly fabulous in everything they've done. In a 4 bedroom house moved, I found one broken little lid for a pot, and that's it- and I wonder if it hadn't started cracking before the move!! That is amazing, everything made it to the new house ahead of time and under budget. What else can you ask of a moving crew? Will use them again for sure!!

We just finished our 5th Move with Mike and team; 3 moves within state California, 1 move 1/2 way across the country and 1 move east coast back to California. Mike does it all. We’ve moved cars, households, apartments, things out of storage units, and things into storage units. Something complicated for me is simplified by Mike. He’s a professional, is knowledgeable, has years of experience and… we all know how miserable it can be to move, but with Mike you somehow end up smiling and/or laughing. And he understands space! Moving is stressful enough without worrying about hidden fees and pushy movers. Thankfully, Handle With Care Moving completely changed my moving experience for the better. Their straightforward pricing structure - a flat hourly rate per mover - was wonderul compared to past movers who nickel and dimed me with surprise charges and pressured me for tips.

I was a bit ambitious. I assured them everything would be packed and ready to go - which, well, wasn't quite the case. To my huge relief, the Handle With Care crew didn't bat an eye. They tackled packing with efficiency and a positive attitude, never once complaining about the extra time it took.

While the move ended up taking a full eight hours, longer than they likely anticipated, the crew remained friendly and professional throughout. They never complained about the extra time, even when I (admittedly) started to get a little frazzled. They also went the extra mile, patiently repositioning my 10x14 rug even removing furniture again to ensure a perfect fit.

Overall, Handle With Care Moving exceeded my expectations. Their transparent pricing, positive attitude, and willingness to go the extra mile made my move a breeze (well, as breezy as an eight-hour move can be!). I highly recommend them to anyone looking for honest, reliable movers who prioritize customer satisfaction.

Mike and his team were excellent in helping with our recent move. They were quick and professional in getting our stuff packed up and to our new place. They made moving to a new place, which can be such a pain, simplified. It was great to see that all of our furniture was shrink wrapped and padded before transportation. We used Handle With Care Moving for our move form Mountain View to Sunnyvale and had the best experience. They were fast, friendly, careful and affordable! All of our things were carefully wrapped and protected, nothing was broken or ruined. They didn't dilly dally at all- they kept moving and got things done so quickly. Such a great local business! They were so nice, friendly and helpful. They even offered to help us rearrange the bigger furniture before they left. We absolutely loved them and will be using them again for future moves.
